Our primary objectif is to facility access to services enabling individuals of all ages to participate and engage fully in their daily life.
The Centre Mosaïque de Québec is a socially responsible organisation that is proud to invest in its community. Through workshops for families, screenings in French and English and collaborations with community partners, the Centre seeks to keep community members supported in all aspects of communication and language abilities.

Our speech therapists

Specialities include:
- Communication disorders related to neurological impairments (stroke, brain injury, aphasia, dysarthria)
- Neurodegenerative and neurocognitive disorders (e.g., primary progressive aphasia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease)
- Rehabilitation for acquired language disorders
- Stuttering (adolescents and adults)
- Learning difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults (including dyslexia, dysorthography, and dyscalculia)
- Support for caregivers
Jessica Parent
M.Sc.
Speech-Language Pathologist,
Jessica holds a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Université Laval, where she also completed a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. During her training, she completed a clinical internship working with adult and older clients with acquired communication disorders (stroke, neurodegenerative diseases). She also developed skills in working with individuals who stutter, as well as those with communication difficulties related to executive function impairments. She pays particular attention to supporting caregivers.
She is also interested in intervention with children (from grade 1 onwards), adolescents, and adults with learning difficulties, including dyslexia, dysorthography, and dyscalculia.
Curious and passionate, Jessica stands out for her broad range of interests and her ongoing commitment to staying up-to-date with clinical knowledge and practices. She provides services in French to a diverse clientele, from adolescents to older adults, and places great importance on the quality of the therapeutic relationship. She is recognized for her ability to build trust and for her dedication to the individuals she supports.
